PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Ten Fold Youth Ministry is based off of the passage found in Matthew 25, The Parable of the Talents. We acknowledge that no matter how many teens attend youth night or events planned by Ten Fold Youth Ministry, that the leaders are responsible to get involved with the teens that God has given us. This involvement is not determined by the number of teens that we are given, whether it is two teens or thirty, our duty as Christians is to help the teens grow in their walks with Christ no matter where that may be.
BELIEF STATEMENTS:
- Ten Fold Youth Ministry is a part of Pillar Church and holds to all the same beliefs of Pillar Church.
- We believe that everything was created by God not by chance through evolution.
- We believe that the Bible is completely unique in that it was inspired by God and is completely true.
- We believe that Jesus Christ walked on the earth, was God’s only begotten Son, was born of a virgin, and that the Bible gives an accurate account of Jesus Christ: He died by crucifixion, was buried, and rose from the dead on the third day.
- We believe that all mankind has sin and fallen short of God’s standards and His Glory.
- We believe that the only way to Heaven is through faith in the work of Christ on Calvary, that if one confesses with his or her mouth that Jesus is Lord and Believes in His or Her heart that God raised Him from the dead he or she will be saved.
- We believe that the apostles carried the gospel to the surrounding nations and gave their lives for the Gospel’s sake, and that it is our duty as believers today to share the same Gospel that they preached.
